Monthly care plans for homes and small businesses, and a walk-in menu for one-time repairs. Every price is quoted up front, and nothing starts until you say go.

Monthly computer care plans

What the monthly plan buys is automation: it keeps your computer up to date and running well, and alerts us to warning signs before they turn into a failure. A real local person watches over it, and you get a plain-English report every month. Homes pay one flat rate; a business pays by how many computers it has, and the more it has, the less each one costs. For Windows computers. Month to month — cancel anytime, no fee.

Kept up to dateWindows updates and third-party app updates (Adobe Reader, Zoom, your web browser and more) are kept current in the background, without restarting your computer on you. The list of apps keeps growing: when we find one on a customer's computer that we don't cover yet, we work on adding it.

Kept running wellTemporary files are cleared out automatically, so your computer doesn't bog down.

Early warningWe're alerted to warning signs — a hard drive starting to fail, a disk filling up, antivirus switched off — before they turn into a breakdown.

Included at no charge: if an update fails or the automation runs into a problem, we work through it. That's what the plan is for. Outside that — repairs, house calls, new-computer setup and other projects — is priced from the walk-in menu or at $75/hour, with $15 off for plan members.

Not included: printers, receipt printers, card readers and Wi-Fi aren't in the monthly price, but I can help with them at $75/hour. House calls and projects are $75/hour too.
Medical or dental office? Ask first — patient records need a separate agreement.

The per-computer rate drops as you add computers, and the total never jumps when you cross into a cheaper tier: 10 computers are $360 a month, and 11 are $363.

Homes and businesses alike. Remote help has a 30-minute minimum ($37.50), then 15-minute steps. House calls have a one-hour minimum, with travel within Austin included. Plan members get $15 off the total of each job.

One-time help, no subscription. Drop it off or book a visit, and you'll get a flat price up front — nothing starts until you say go.

Are you on one of the monthly care plans above? You get $15 off any service below, and $15 off any hourly job. Your plan keeps your computer updated and cleaned up in the background, which helps prevent the problems in the first group below — so you should need those fixes less often.

Diagnostic / check-in$49Not sure what's wrong? We find out and quote the fix, starting only with your OK. The $49 goes toward the repair if you go ahead.

How it works Flat price quoted up front — nothing starts until you approve it. Anything bigger than the menu is quoted too. Other work: $75/hour, homes and businesses alike — 30-minute minimum for remote help, one hour for house calls. On a monthly care plan? Failed updates and problems with the automation are fixed at no charge — that's part of your plan. Computer work is for Windows PCs and laptops.
