By installing the Up Technology management agent you agree to the following.
The agent grants Up Technology remote monitoring and, on request or under an agreed maintenance schedule, remote administration of the device(s) it is installed on, including screen viewing, input control, file access, and command execution for support purposes.
You confirm you own or are authorized to administer the device(s) and consent to this monitoring and support.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis. Please maintain your own backups. Liability is governed by your service agreement, including its limits and its exceptions. Either party may end the service, after which the agent is removed.
