Up Technology ("we") provides remote computer monitoring and support. This page describes what our management agent collects and how it is used.
System health (CPU, memory, disk), hardware/software inventory, folder-level disk usage, startup items and local accounts, Windows event and update status, security posture (antivirus, firewall, drive encryption state, browser extensions and settings — never browsing history), and a log of support actions performed. Remote screen sessions are recorded for 30 days as an access record, and support chat messages are kept. If drive-key safekeeping is ever switched on for your computer, an encrypted copy of its recovery key is kept too; it is not switched on today. On request or under an agreed maintenance schedule, a technician may view your screen, control the mouse/keyboard, browse files, and run maintenance — each such action is recorded in an audit log, and your device's consent setting governs whether a session asks for your on-screen approval first.
Solely to monitor, maintain, secure, and support your device(s). We do not sell your data. Raw health samples are retained ~30 days; summarized daily history and security-posture history are kept longer to show trends; the support audit log is retained ~90 days.
You may request removal of the agent at any time, which stops all collection. Contact us with any questions.
